Hotel Paso del Norte is hosting our first ever “Truffles Week”, celebrating the edible fungus. Kicking off the week on Monday, December 12th, with our Chef's Dinner: Truffles & Tannins. The hotel's rooftop bar located on the 10th floor, El Mirador, will be home to the culinary pop-up.
Our Chef's Dinners has become El Paso's top destination for a unique culinary experience. The elevated pop-up will include a variety of wines paired with a five course dinner crafted by Executive Chef Jason Brumfiel, featuring a different truffle at every course.
